Our villa is located in the heart of Porto El Sokhna compound, an exclusive gated community in Ain El Sokhna. The villa was built in 2017 and has been since rented to only select booking-dot-com guests. Once you are a guest at our villa, you have access to everything Porto El Sokhna has to offer including all pools, facilities, services such as shuttle bus, and events and concerts. The villa is situated in the residential area (Hand 2) which is situated right across from the gold club. You will enjoy total privacy and peaceful atmosphere while being just minutes away from tourist area (the main boardwalk and the shopping strip) which is about 2 minutes drive. The villa is also situated nearby the mountain top for exquisite view of the whole compound and the area. Upon arrival, you will receive the owner's pass which allows you to access any and all facilities in the compound.
The villa is owned by Eng. Tamer Shazli. Mr. Shazli is an entrepreneur living in Toronto, Canada. --------- Please note the following policies: --------- The villa is located in a gated compound resort/residential community (Porto El Sokhna). Passes must be obtained for each person entering the compound regardless if they stay over night or just visiting. Additional cost for entry passes will apply). Electrical power is metered and managed by a prepaid account as per the new Egyptian bylaws. Guest is covered for 100 EGP per day for the duration of their stay. Additional consumption will be paid by the guest. WiFi service is offered through SIM/GSM service which is a metered service. The guest is responsible for paying and topping off the balance on the service for their usage. Instructions for topping off the account will be provided when checking in.
Porto Sokhna Beach Resort is ideally located with a spectacular view of the Red Sea and a stunning mountain backdrop. To ensure a delightful holiday, the resort provides endless activities and entertainment programs for the whole family.
