Great stay! The room was a good size with nice decor.
Great stay! The room was a good size with nice decor. In fact the whole place was nice and modern. We had breakfast and dinner included in the price and must say it was worth it. The hotel is just a short walk to a very nice private beach where there are other facilities such as a bar and washrooms. We had a room with a wonderful ocean view. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Sokhna is a perfect spot for short stay, as it's so close to Cairo, the weather is so warm and sunny in winter which make it perfect for this time of the year! The sea is safe, the water is clear and the weather is good and there's variety of hotels. The only problem that there's still some maintenance on the road. Overall love it and had a great trip :)

* There is no cert to review, to be honest, it's just your hotel or resort and there is nothing out of your stay property.
* The place is fine for relaxing and a sunny beach and the natural view are awesome.

We stayed at Movenpik hotel for 3 days and the beach resort was just what we needed to rest after a busy tour of Egypt. Very relaxed atmosphere and great weather. No noise and pressure like the tourist areas of Egypt. Prices are listed and reasonable. No one harassing you every 2 secs like in the other areas we went before on our organized tour. It was also very quiet with few guests at the resort we were at. You can enjoy the Red Sea, swim and other water sports. Everyone we met (resort staff and guests) were so friendly. It is about a 2hr drive from Cairo and cost about $50 to get transfer to hotel. Hotel prices were good value for money in my opinion. Great way to relax before heading back to reality of work and daily life.

This resort ticks all our boxes. We'll go back.
This resort ticks all our boxes. We'll go back. We are used to going to El Gouna, another fine place on the Red Sea. But the Grand Hotel Stella di Mare is much closer to New Cairo and the premises, service, food, beach, etc., are absolutely gorgeous.

I had a wonderful time in Ain Sokhna last week with my family. It was a three-day trip that I will never forget. Ain Sokhna is a paradise on earth, where you can enjoy the best of both worlds: the desert and the sea. The town is located on the western shore of the Red Sea, and it has a stunning scenery of mountains, sand dunes, and turquoise water. The weather was perfect, not too hot or too cold, and the breeze was refreshing. I stayed at a cozy resort that had a private beach, a swimming pool, and a spa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Ain Sokhna is a great destination for anyone who loves nature, culture, and adventure. It is a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries, or explore and learn new things. It is a place where you can have fun and make memories. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a short but satisfying trip.
The cleanliness and sanitation
Food quality and chef hospitality
Room upkeep and room service
The events and shows were stunning
The overall vibes were awesome
Would definitely repeat the visit
The receptionist was really polite provided us with everything to ease our stay and also made sure we are safe waiting for our bus including assistance with the luggage
First time to go to a hotel in egypt and staff was being polite without the intent of just getting tips
Love them 😍😍😍
I stayed at the Panorama. Ground floor two bedrooms chalet. Frontdesk people were so helpful. The place was quite and calming. It was perfect for a short vacation. It is a family friendly facility specially if there are elder people and children. The sea view at dawn and sunrise is spectacular. It is close to Porto Sokhna, so you can enjoy going there at night to do whatever activities you want. Or simply stay in the chalet and enjoy the terrace and the view.
An experience that I will never forget and that I will never regret. It is one of the best hotels I visited in Ain Sokhna, if not the best, in terms of the general atmosphere, cleanliness, finishing and service, and in particular the quality of the food level in the main restaurant during breakfast and dinner that competes with international hotels. Many thanks to the hotel staff and the restaurant manager for the wonderful performance
The beach in this hotel is the best thing they have. It's a good beach that is divided into a sandy part , and another part where you have stairs directly to the water.
We didn't take a long time until the receptionist finalized our check-in.
Nice collection of TV movies.
They have several nice pools.
The hotel has a small market, kids area, pharmacy, and ATM machines.
The hotel is in a very nice location.
Excellent service offered by the hotel staff and safe and easy transportation: the hotel provides access to a beautiful private beach which is not crowded and suitable for families with kids and elderly people; great housekeeping services with particular care for cleanliness, and delicious food served buffet style with lots of variety. The spa and gym facilities also exceeded are expectations.
The location was good , the room was spacious, and the gardens' view was nice ,, there was a wifi connection with good speed in the rooms ,, and generally all Egyptian telecoms has a good signal at that location ,,
The beach was a few steps away
The outdoor spaces were clean and tidy
The staff where exceptional. Made it a very personalized experience for me and the family.
If you’re looking for a Red Sea authentic sea food experience you have to try Sea front restaurant at the hotel …Amazing! The beach was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool slides.
Porto sokhna this would be my second time staying and I love the hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly 😃 housekeeping team are amazing they are doing Thier best to keep the hotel clean. I love the beach and pools. I would highly recommend the hotel.
we had a lovely stay at this resort the staff where very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The beach is beautiful perfect for a quite chill all day, we loved every second, can’t wait to come back to Egypt. thank you Palmera resort
The open beach is nice, although it's a bit rocky, but you still enjoy it, there has to be more seats for the guests though. It could be a good day use trip only for its beach.
We got a room upgrade to beach view, which was nice.
Room service team are the best
shuttle bus team are polite and quick
Food is tasting good but we all got diarrhea during the stay
Hotel activities are variant and amusing
animation team are good and also the kids club
The hotel is full of flies and insects and the beach is not clean at all. A very bad and annoying experience. In addition to the lack of cleanliness of food and flies entering the food, it is a very disgusting sight
Actually Porto Sokhna Hotel office not cooperate because I book apartment from booking.com
Staff see my email booking check my phone , and he give me another room . He not till me you must visit booking.com office,
Food was really good. Nice options for veg and non veg. Good Egyptian style menu. Very close to beach but no water activities in this beach. Good to relax on your own.
Good hotel for relaxing in the beach
I loved my room, dinner and breakfast, the beach, the hotel staff that transported you from the hotel to the beach, super attentive in general, the excellent service of their staff at Stella di Mare.
Staff was great and the hotel was OK. Some concerns about cleanness but this issue is to Egypt in general. Food OK and rooms was comfortable for this price.
