Having booked the Pyramisa as a tester for Egypt, we were not disappointed. I k ow the hotel canot control the weather but it helps if its good. It was amazing. From the second we arrived to the second we left we were made to feel special. I do have to emphasise that this feeling needs some effort. If you're miserable, rude or Russian, you will not get the same experience. Cleaners, waiters, bar staff, managers, everyone on site works hard to give you a great holiday. They have succeeded as we will definitely return.Reception and guestrelation all the time in touch with you. A-la kart is amazing. Malai Restaurant is the best place to eat. If I could change any part of the holiday it would be any negativity from other guests and rudeness. Yes you have paid to be here but not to treat other humans like slaves. I gave all of my kindness to this resort and the team and got back more . Best resort, food, service and people ever experienced. Than kyou and love

The stay was excellent, The room view was perfect and the service was very professional. All staff exert their best effort and take care of making our stay the best and fulfill our requirements. The animation team was very active especially Aegerim, Ahmed and Alessandra who made the most fun out of normal activities. The manager, Mr. Hussein and Mr. Mohamed Salah were very friendly and helpful. The resort itself was big and has many beautiful gardens and a natural view one can walk in.

Location, view and facilities: this hotel considers to be the biggest hotel in Sharm and it deserves its reputation, even though the hotel now is just a 4 stars hotel but it operates as if it is a 5 stars one. Staff from Mr. Gamal of the reception team along Ms.Basma from relation team and all other stuff were very friendly and worked our requests as soon as we request something.

although the hotel is under partial renovation, you will not feel that you missed anything. the great thing in Pyramisa is that they listen and try to make your stay exceptional !!!! Mr. Sameh, Mrs. Basma, Mr. M Ragab are really doing great. it would help if you tried other restaurants during your stay the Mongolian, the Italian are great. the beach is good and volley ball is so chilling By the way, you must ride the bus with Mr. Galal !!! he is an icon there. I'm looking forward to coming after full renovation!!
