Everything was very clean, the staff was great, the food was amazing, it was nice and peaceful (if you wanted to have fun; there was a foam party and many activities!), the beach was really beautiful with the coral and the fish!

The staff is always really helpfull and smiley. Even we have stayed during the most crowded time which was bairam they Tried to do their best every time and even hotel is fully booked they let us to do late check out with pushing themselves... As i came with my five year old kid , cleaning iş very important for me and you can count on them... At restaurant, near the pool or on the beach, do you have difficulty to find a sunbed? They come quickly and create you the most comfortable place, you broke the glass by mistake? They come with all their.smiling face and trying to help you, cleaning staff , waiters and everybody else is great! Will come again in a near future ...a special thanks to mr gamal Salih for taking care with us!

We had a fantastic stay: from the manager Mr. Mohamed, to the restaurant hostess ms Hala, we felt looked after and taken care of as never before. Plus the kids club is unprecedented: pizza making, biscuit baking, etc.. Perfect for young families, everything is arranged carefully and beautifully. Definitely coming back.

Staff amazing, in particular waiting staff (I don’t remember his name but he worked in the main buffet restaurant). Housekeeping was perfect, everyday cleaning our room first thing in the morning, so as not to disturb during the day. Main buffet restaurant was wonderful, nice range of food and excellent grill. Heated pools and the entertainment was great. Friendly but not over the top. Girl who did the mini disco was fantastic . All staff in fact were fabulous. Badea who dropped us off to our room was very good, friendly and informative. Mohamed on front desk helped us with a problem which booking made and made sure we had a nice stay by checking up on us. Much appreciated. free room upgrade and late check out was nice

Happy with visit sharm in such nice hotel When you arrive, they welcome you with a drink and don't have to wait long time for check in , professional reception and clean room with nice view Food is good in some restaurants and we advise lunch on the beach is much better They have some activities around the pool and everything show we liked it We will come back or may be we try other sunrise hotels
