My second time at this hotel, it took me only three months to return! It was so lovely, it felt like returning home. So many of the hotel's employees recognized me, which was a wonderful experience. The hotel has everything one needs for a wonderful relaxing time, the more one spends time there, the better even it gets. Sayed Rizk at the front desk and his supervisor Mr. Mohamed were outstandingly kind and cooperative, as was their colleague Mohamed Ali Ibrahim. They made everything possible in the kindest and most professional way! I would also like to mention the staff at the main restaurant Sharzad, they read any wish from your lips! Lastly, I would like to mention Mr. Mohamed, the member of the cleaning staff on the third floor of building 31, so clean, kind and professional at all times. I can only recommend again to everyone to book this hotel!

We really liked the quiet position of our room overlooking the sea. We liked the wide range of food choices with lots of salads and fruits. We enjoyed the opportunity to relax after a busy trip to see pyramids and temples and tombs. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Very large hotel, nice exterior with a beautiful view on pools. I really appreciated gardens around, heated pool (very welcomed in February), bar in the pool. Also the staff was very helpful, nice and caring. Food variety was great. Room equipment was sufficient, room was cleaned every day. I was surprised by presence of Slovak TV channel “Markiza”, which is the first time I saw some Slovak TV channel somewhere abroad. Good! Thank you! Hotel beach with pier was great as well.

- So beautiful resort, everything is so clean (room, bathroom, pools, gardens, restaurant, beach, public toilets, etc) it just feels so good to be in such a place. - We did not like the food in the restaurants à la carte unlike most of the comments but we were actually satisfied with the buffet food where you can surely find what you want. - Unlike other comments, the WiFi worked PERFECTLY everywhere, I don't know why some comments say otherwise. - Bed was very comfortable and such a beautiful view on the gardens and beach. - The personnel is always smiling and welcoming. - The access to the other resort is amazing, we could enjoy the waterpark, pools and buffet. We had such a blast!
