The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music. Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done. Please look into the matter. Thank you.

The staff was very cooperative specially Mr waleed The room was well equipped with a kettle,a microwave and cutlery. The ACs were well functioning. The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy. The private beach was free and not crowded. We had several issues with the hotel.
We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.KhaledEgypt - 10Scored 10

Amazing place with a full service.
Amazing place with a full service. The housekeeping team is very clean and available all the time. The animation team is very friendly which makes my kids happy all the time, especially Captain Islam.

Abdullah upgraded our room to a pool view and Rana sent us a birthday cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Couldn’t thank them enough for how joyful they were and they kept checking on us everyday to make sure if anything is needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

The Staff is amazing especially Mr.Hamada from the cleaning crew and the supervisor Mr.Hossam,they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Amira & Menna from the reception were amazing with their customer service. We extended our stay an extra day because we were having such a great time. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Sahel.

And if you know about Egypt in the Summer, you know that it's hot and there's black flys everywhere. They literally have a guy, who I call "the fly guy," that zaps them all day.
