Very accommodating staff Excellent service especially from Kiro at the pool bar and the whole team at Elements Good sized room and bathroom Good cleaning standards Choice of pools from the quiet more family orientated to the "party" pool with swim up bar. Good food with a decent choice at all meal times Brilliant Animation team especially Amy and Talia Plenty of loungers around pool areas and well looked after by Mahmoud Grounds and pool areas kept clean and maintained Lovely team at the spa and recommend Fatma and Muhammad for great massages
