Alicante Dreams is a private apartment which is located within a hotel grounds
There is no need to go to the Reception for access to the apartment as a key lockbox is provided outside the apartment door. Access codes will be provided by the owner direct to the guest.
The reception is a facility which hotel guests only are permitted to use, unless there is an emergency where urgent medical assistance is required. The owner will also provide local emergency numbers direct to the guests.
Whilst we are located in the hotel grounds the services and facilities are not provide by ourselves but by the hotel for the benefit of hotel guests. Use of these facilities are permitted but control and management is by the hotel. Any services requested may well be subject to a surcharge.
Any problems that are encountered during our guests visit should in the first instance be directed to the owner and not the hotel staff. 24 hour contact details are provided by the owner to ensure direct support is offered.
Use of the hotel swimming pool is permitted by our guests.
Please inform Dream Away Alicante in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
