The staff, including reception, kitchen and maids were solicitous, kind and helpful. The location is close to the main Madrid attractions, taverns, restaurants, grocery stores. Area streets can be a bit confusing but the reception staff was extremely helpful to sort city out and provided maps and assistance to visitors.

These traditional restored apartments are set in the most authentic area of old Madrid, only a few yards from Puerta del Sol.
