Ana hat uns sehr freundlich die Schlüssel übergeben, da wir das Appartment nicht gleich gefunden haben, hat sie uns sogar auf der Straße abgeholt. Der Eingang liegt etwas versteckt in der schönen Altstadt. Wunderschöner Blick auf Toledo und viel Platz für alle Gäste, schöne Fliesen auf der Terrasse und in der Wohnung!

We had a phenomenal stay at this gorgeous apartment. It had the perfect combination of being right in the middle of everything and feeling like a quiet oasis. It is full of light, and there are wonderful views from every window. It's also possible to close the shutters and feel completely private. Lots of antiques, lots of lovely tile, and a really gorgeous terrace with a view. Each of the two bedrooms had its own bathroom, so our teenage son had the privacy he wanted. The kitchen, although small, is extremely well equipped, and there is a large dining table in the dining/living room. In warmer weather, the terrace would also be an option. On the day we left, our hostess made sure we were able to take a local taxi, and waited with us to make sure it came. She was delightful.

We were picked up at Madrid airport by taxi that was arranged by host. Our flight was 2 hours late. Taxi waited. Host met us at taxi drop off and helped get luggage to apartment and reviewed that everything was in working order. Also reserved our departure taxi and met us at 9AM to make sure we got our taxi to the train station. No other hotels in this very centrally located apartment.

Uitstekende locatie, goede ontvangst door Ana. Het parkeren is wel een dingetje. Er is een overeenkomst tussen de verhuurder en de parkeergarage dat huurders 16 euro betalen per nacht, normale prijs is het dubbele. Je moet daarvoor echter wel door Ana een wachtwoord op je parkeerticket laten schrijven en dat dan presenteren aan de parkeerwacht die op de -5 verdieping zit. Ook waren bij ons de liften kapot vanwege waterschade, waardoor we met onze koffers zigzaggend omhoog gingen om het gebouw heen. Beter was geweest om gewoon de trap omhoog te nemen naar de bovenste verdieping.

La terraza añade al apartamento un extra en confort y servicio. El trato con Ana fue excelente. Se suspendió Puy di Fou por la tormenta y, el día que teníamos que dejar el apartamento, no sabíamos hasta mediodía si nos quedaríamos dos días más. Ana hizo lo imposible para podernos quedar hasta las 14:00 en el apartamento hasta resolver el problema. Es una chica muy resolutiva ,cercana y amable. El apartamento es ideal para la estancia en familia o con amigos. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Y sobretodo muy céntrico. Sin duda repetiremos

La ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro histórico. Buenas vistas a la torre de la catedral desde la terraza y al Alcázar desde una de las habitaciones. El apartamento estaba limpio y bien equipado, con todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Habitaciones amplias y con baño privado en cada una. Nos atendió Ana, muy amable, se adaptó a nuestro horario de llegada sin problema y nos dio información turística de utilidad.
