Location superb for easy access to the main entrance to the Alhambra

The location near The Alhambra palace was astonishing, the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Paolo from the reception, he was very polite, kind, respectful and helpful, he gave us a number of advices and recommendations regarding our stay and places to visit in Granada and outside of it, and every and each time it turned to be true. Another interesting point regarding the parking lot, the hotel does not have nor operate a one for themselves, instead we parked our car in The Alhambra car park which is located just in front of the hotel, at first glance it seemed troublesome, but it turned to be an experience by itself, the orange and citrus trees were in full spring blossom, the odors around just like perfume when we smell it, it made us want to drive the car and park it again just to have the pleasure to smell orange trees. In the end, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Great hotel with views of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains with its snowy summits. The staff is very helpful and explains all the must sees. The room is comfortable with small balcony and there’s also a window!! 2 minutes from the entrance of Alhambra on foot. Great breakfast

This hotel is literally located in the premises of Alhambra. Since almost everyone visits Granada to see Alhambra this hotel is the best place you can stay. You just need to walk down the stairs and you are at the Alhambra entry gates. If you come by car you park in the Alhambra car parking and pay at the hotel while checking out. Hotel is fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing much to complain The staff was very friendly.

We wish to Rate this property as more than Excellent in all categories . We want to especially give a high rating to the staff of Crisol Guadalupe and on a personal note , we wish to give a very great mention to Pablo , who was a very helpful guide during our stay . We had planned a trip to Granada to see the Alhambra Fort but did not buy tickets in advance. As it was it was it was sold out for Apr 1st & 2nd . This caused us to be disappointed and felt it ruined our whole vacation . But Pablo suggest a way to acquire ticket if we stay up past Midnight . I stayed up and after a hour of trying i secured tickets ( LUCKILY ) . It made our trip and made us love Granada even more . Thank you Pablo and the entire staff . I also want to say this hotel has the best Breakfast ( Spanish Omelette ) . YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!. We will Definitelystay here again > i will always keep this hotel on our list of great hotels.

Excellent location very close to Alhambra. Plenty of public parking opposite the hotel. Great breakfast! Easy walk down the hill to the town.

Beautiful room, with balcony. Right across from the Alhambra. Breakfast was lovely and a nice variety Staff were very nice. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel . My only suggestion, would be to have courtesy umbrellas for guests. Also disappointed the taxi driver, charged me double what the cost should have been. But this is no reflection on the hotel.
