Prior to arriving, Noemi was very attentive and flexible with our arrival and check-in. She was also available to answer questions and queries during our stay which was excellent. The location was great and provided everything we needed for a long weekend break in Palma. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with decent complementary coffee pods and Cava.
