We look forward to welcome you in our cosy and stylish city apartment "Las Canteras con Alma". We are at your disposal for any query you may have before and during your stay in Las Palmas.

Property info

NEW Beautiful and stylish holiday apartment for 2 persons and one baby (we offer a free baby cot). "Las Canteras con Alma" offers one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room, with its large windows overlooking the harbour of Las Palmas. It has recently been refurbished (January 2024) with the best qualities and it is fully equipped. It has a kitchen open to the living and dining room as well as one modern bathroom. It includes a washing machine, a Smart-Tv, wifi as well as an environmentally friendly aerothermal heating and cooling system The roof terrace is communal and has hammocks that you can use at any time during your stay. Situated only 50 metres from Las Canteras beach, one of the best urban beaches in Europe where you can swim all year around. The beach offers several sport activities and a wide variety of first-class restaurants. Nearby you will find the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus which offers an extensive cultural program. The location is very central and well communicated. Shopping areas, gastronomy, banks, beach, leisure, culture etc, everything is just a few minutes walk away.

Neighborhood info

Centrally located, only 50 metres from Las Canteras beach and 300 metres from Santa Catalina Park. The spectacular Aquarium "Poema del Mar" is very close as well as the Elder Museum, the shopping centre El Muelle, countless shops, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure areas, banks, pharmacy, auditorium etc. Bus stops are just a few metres away.
