Sijainti oli hyvä, sillä Rukakeskukseen oli lyhyt matka kävellä sekä muutamalle ladulle pääsi sadan metrin päästä. Kahteen ravintolaan oli matkaa muutama sata metriä, joten niihin oli helppo kävellä ruokailemaan. Vaikka huoneisto oli suht pieni, niin kuitenkin riittävä kahdelle aikuiselle. Autopaikka oli oven edessä ja siinä lämmitystolppa, siitä plussaa. Huoneisto oli siisti ja nykyaikainen.
