Great location but a bit hard to find due to no visible logo name on outside of building. But the staff was wonderful and a nice stay overall.

Beautiful deluxe family room at the top of the building, with excellent Air-Conditioning, beautiful furnishings, and comfortable mattress. Great dinner and breakfast, with very very friendly staff.

It is a cozy and romantic hotel. The room on the 3rd floor is amazing. The bed is enormous and very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and has all the necessary utensils. The second small room is perfect for children - they have their own room, which gives them the filing of privacy. The small roof windows make this room even more romantic. The WiFi works well, and air-conditioning in the room is really very helpful during the hot summer days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant just by the door of the hotel serves very good food - recommended. If you travel by car you will find parking spots in the public parking around (with the parking fee from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). The hotel is a walking distance from all of Strasbourg's must-see places.

Non ho ben capito il problema, quando siamo arrivati hanno aperto 2/3 camere prima di darci la nostra perchè ci hanno detto che c’era un problema. In compenso abbiamo avuto una splendida suite che prendeva praticamente tutto il primo piano di questo bellissimo hotel particulier. La colazione buona ed abbondante si fa nel ristorante dell’hotel 3 stelle che sta a 3 metri dall’ingresso (cerf d’or) molto buono, ci siamo andati anche a cena perché più autentico rispetto ad altri locali del centro. La piazzetta sottostante è carina, c’è passaggio ma è anche molto silenziosa. La posizione era ottima, abbiamo girato sempre a piedi. Consiglio anche per un viaggio in famiglia o di lavoro (è relativamente lontano dalle Istituzioni)
