We were travelling as a group of friends on a cycling trip. Our host was really kind in phoning me to discuss our needs and make some adaptions to my booking. She phoned again on the day of arrival to discuss arrival time etc. We were welcomed by our kind host who showed us to our accommodation and answered the questions we had. As we were only staying one night we didn't have the opportunity to use any of the other facilities on the site.
