House of character of the 17th century with exposed beams, big windows of this very bright fact. Atypical apartment with many stamp(tablet). In 100 m of the Christmas market of Koifhus (place(square) Former(Old) Customs) in 10 m of the Small Venice, in 20 m of the Market hall, in 20 mn on foot of the station, in 45mn first ski resorts, in 10mn of the famous Golf of Ammerschwihr, in 30 mn airports Basel-Mulhouse and Strasbourg....

Probablement le plus beaux et le plus calme quartier de Colmar, avec les meilleurs restaurants, musées, magasins à moins de 5 minutes de l'appartememebt à pieds.
