The property has private parking, a patio garden and enjoys views of St. Andrew’s Park. A master bedroom has a luxury en suite bathroom and a roof terrace overlooking the park. There are 2 more en suite rooms, featuring solid oak king-size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets, with the 4th bedroom having use of a large family bathroom. Neighbourhood information

Chesterton is a much favoured residential area east of the City centre with many local amenities and shops. The River Cam flows to the south side of the area with pleasant riverside walks. Cambridge city centre can be reached in a pleasant 20-minute walk through Midsummer Common. It features historic university buildings, pubs offering real ales and a wide selection of shops. You can also enjoy a traditional punt along the river, which can be self-guided or with a chauffeur.
