Excellent breakfast. Stayed in Room 1 on ground floor, which was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Will stay try and stay here again should we return to Bath, and hopefully for more than one night.

The B&B is set on the southern slopes of Bath, only a 15-minute stroll from the city centre. It offers views across the city to the Royal Crescent and beyond. parking available but only one car per room, cars must be removed on check out
