Located at the heart of Brighton, this Grade II listed five bedroom, three bathroom house with 14 individual beds to sleep 18 guests,is the perfect property for groups. The ground floor reveals an open-plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room. The lounge houses two Chesterfield sofas, Art Deco fan chairs, a large TV, and a mirrored coffee table. Two versatile dining tables can accommodate up to 18 guests when extended across the kitchen & lounge area. When not needed, retract them to enjoy a spacious lounge. The kitchen is well-appointed with fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, and ample storage. For group meals, there's a six-slice toaster, extra-large kettle, and range-style oven. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Ground Floor Bathroom 1 corner shower unit, WC and wash basin. *Lower ground floor: Living room 2 with sofa & TV. Bedroom 1: Palm Room, sleeps 2 in 2 x single beds. This room has direct access to a shower room with WC. The stairs enter directly into the room and there is a door to Living room 2. Bathroom 2 with corner shower unit, WC and wash basin. *First floor* Bedroom 2: Orange Room, Sleeps 3 in 1 x triple adult bunk bed. Bedroom 3: Fan Room, Sleeps 5 in 1 x triple adult bunk bed & 1 x single adult bunk bed. Bathroom 3 comes with bath with over-bath shower, WC and wash basin. *Second floor* Bedroom 4: Green Room, Sleeps 3 in 1 x triple adult bunk bed. Bedroom 5: Purple Room, Sleeps 5 in 1 x triple adult bunk bed & 1 x single adult bunk bed. *Outside Space* The Chocolate Box offers a very small, practical courtyard to the rear of the property. *Parking* There is no dedicated parking space. For parking, please web search 'Parkopedia' for affordable local parking. * Accessibility: House with multiple floors * No wheelchair access * No lift. PLEASE NOTE: The owners do not accept stag groups. Not suitable for house parties.
