Located in the heart of Lord St, right outside the war memorial. Above Caffe Dolce this modern new apartment is big enough to bring the family and get a great breakfast at your doorstep. Enter 411 by the door to the side of Caffe Dolce. Up the stairs though a fire door and apartment 1 is on your left. Enter via the key code, which will be sent to you before arrival. Entering through your apartment door you can go left and down 3 steps to the main lounge / dining room, or right to the kitchen and bedrooms. The large living space is accessed from the cloakroom, for your shoes and coats. This room with original tiled fire surround looks out onto Lord street and is furnished with relaxed sofas and chairs. A large smart TV and dining tables & chairs for you to use. The kitchen has a hob and oven and all the other bits and pieces to make a meal. Down the hall is the bathroom and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a modern rainfall shower, w/c, sink and towel radiator plus electric shaver point in the light. The master bedroom has a double bed, tall wardrobe and vanity table and mirror. There is also a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has an original fireplace with an area to hang clothes and can either be made up as a King Size Bed or as a Twin Room with two single beds at your request. Please notify us how you would like this room arranged at the time of booking. This room has a humidity fan than comes on with the light and off after a short time. Throughout the apartment, you'll enjoy free WiFi. There are also two CCTV cameras, one at the street door and one outside the rear emergency exit, for your safety and security. Check in and check out is completely contactless, all door codes will be sent before you arrive. But you are more than welcome to come into the cafe and talk us.

On street parking right outside the apartment and on Stanley Street to the rear. A bus stop right outside for local travel. Taxi rank outside the Sainsburys across the street. Train station a 5 minute walk on Chapel Street. Come to Southport to enjoy the PleasureLand, Air Show, Flower Show, Fireworks and much much more.
