This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area which means you will generally get a better night's sleep than in the city centre, plus there is free parking. It is only a short drive or bus ride to the city centre for shopping, eating and entertainment - the bus stop is about 100 metres away. There are some local shops and takeaway food outlets and a larger shopping centre is about 5 minutes by car or bus. For rugby fans, Ulster Rugby grounds at Ravenhill are within a short walking distance. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. with full facilities. It also has a patio area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine in the summer time. Being ground floor, it is easier to access for those with mobility issues. STRICTLY - no parties or loud noise - guests who contravene this will be asked to leave. This helps is keep the building a neighbourhood a great place to stay.
