House has two Apartments ideal for families, groups of friends or business visitors who want a bit of space. GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT with an elegant kitchen-living room perfect for relaxing on the sofa in front of the large smart TV, enjoying a morning coffee or tucking into a delicious supper at the dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has a induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dining sets for four guests. A separate washing machine and drying rack can be found in the hall in the utility room. The bedroom has a super king zip and link bed that can be split in to twin beds. For extra two guest there is a comfortable sofa bed. There is a family bathroom whit the shower over the bath. Super-fast broadband and Wifi is available throughout. DELUXE APARTMENT WITH GARDEN has an elegant kitchen, breakfast bar to enjoying a morning coffee, or in the evening you can tuck into a delicious supper at the dining table, living room is perfect for relaxing on the sofa in front of the large smart TV. Convenient for cyclists and walkers- we are minutes away from the popular River Avon Trail, a 23 mile river path. We have two very good canal pubs Locksbrook Inn & riverside The Boathouse just ten minutes walk away. 2 minutes away, Chelsea Road has cafes & restaurant, cash point and supermarket . Lidl and M&S Food hall are over the river, 15minute walk away. We recommend checking out The Electric Bear tap room for excellent local Beer.There is a bus stop outside of the property.
