Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A security deposit of GBP 400.0 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
