A 15 minute bus ride from the centre of Belfast, on a large university campus. There are two receptions, the first one you see is the "out of hours" one, the usual one is in the coffee/admin building further on. Modern, clean and surprisingly large rooms, all card access, good security (I came back late and the security guy in the main reception asked to see the card to allow me in). Overall, way better than I expected and a bargain at £45 (obviously only avaiulable when students are away!)
