    The location was fantastic. An easy walk to the train station, and to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and pubs located nearby including one that is literally 10 feet from the front door!

    There's a really friendly pub opposite the property - Just a few steps away. There were also tea and coffee making facilities. It was very cute and comfortable. You felt right at home.

Property information

This charming 2 bedroom period town house has undergone complete refurbishment so everything is brand new. It's perfectly situated for a Brighton break just on the edge of a beautiful Regency Square and close by the centre of Brighton and its numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and the British Airways i360. It really is an amazing location and the house is a wonderful home from home; a great retreat for couples, friends or families. The house has a newly fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom and new decorations throughout The space is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard so that ypu will have everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher and there's a dining table if you opt to cook dinner. There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the lounge, if required. The upstairs bathroom is also brand new and has a shower with 'rain head' going into the bath. You'll also get views from the upstairs bedrooms to the i360! Lovely bed linen and towels are provided and there is excellent wifi. On arrival, please check out the Your Welcome tablet for further information.

Neighbourhood information

This house could not be in a better location - just off Regency Square, one of the beautiful, historical and well known Squares of Brighton and literally a few steps from the seafront and the new and iconic British Airways i360 tower. There are many pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The centre of Brighton is just 5 minutes away, as is Brighton Pier and the Lanes shopping area and The North Laine for quirky, independent shops, cafes and great pubs. A must for a visit to Brighton! Hove Lawns is just 5 minutes away where you'll find plenty of activities from Paddle round the Pier to the Food Festival. GETTING AROUND: Everything you need is within walking distance...... the beach, the pier, the i360, great fish and chips and a huge selection of shops. It's all on the doorstep. If you prefer, buses pass close by providing access to all parts of the city. Brighton mainline train station is a 20 minute walk. Parking in Brighton is very difficult but there is a car park close by - Regency Car Park, we advise you to check prices first as it can be expensive.
