With its rural location, you'll enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside, while still being able to easily access major roadways like the A1 and A46. Plus, our gated entrance and ample parking make it easy to come and go as you please. Whether you're here for work or play, you'll appreciate the free Wi-Fi and other amenities that make this apartment feel like a home away from home. Just a 10 minute walk away, The Lord Nelson is a traditional English pub serving excellent food and a range of traditional ales. The village of Collingham is only 3.5 miles away and has a CoOp, hairdresser, butcher, post office, pub, Chinese, and fish and chip bar. Other services can be found in Newark town center which is only 4.2 miles away. A regular bus service to Newark runs from just outside the entrance to the estate. Nottingham is 24 miles from the apartment, while Lincoln is 17 miles away. Trains run regularly from Newark or Collingham.
