Fantastic long, wide runs and, mostly, quality modern lifts. There was lots of snow for late season skiing and plenty of off-piste opportunities. Food and drinks are are reasonably priced and good quality. Local people seem friendly and there is an interesting mix of nationalities on the slopes.

This was our second year of skiing in Gudauri. It is one of the best ski resorts in the Caucasus. Since there are ski lifts on different levels and sides of the mountain it is possible to enjoy skiing in various weather conditions.

NEW Gudauri is the place to be for ski and snowboard adventure. You cannot get any closer then this. Rate of pass and rent versus what you get is more than okay. The pistes are very nice and talented or not talented; you will find your match. There is also possibility to parachute gliding or snowscooter rental. Many bars and restaurants with affordable pricing.

the place is excellent but new gudauri is better, you can enjoy with family, good restaurants, music, vibes, bargain with the local shops taking the devises for skiing and other activity you must have your snow boots and leather gloves to avoid falling and injury

It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers! the slopes are great, all very well connected to each other with different ski lifts. The slopes are south looking mostly and you have the sun all the time. There are wonderful places to eat and enjoy the lounge situations in the snow on the amazing 2500m altitude slopes. Slopes reach about 3000 meters, so snow is good.

The location is quite good if your plan is only to ski and stay in the hotel. It is located nearby one of the ski trails but far from the center. Plus it has everything that I needed, The Location is Perfect, Just 5 Minutes walk from the Ski Resort / Activities and Supermarket , Cafe and Restaurants. The owner is really nice and kind, even we havent met personally, but he keep on checking on us thru whatsapp. Really recommend this place and its cheaper compare to the nearby hotels. Definitely once I will visit again Gudauri, I will book again here.

Only a short drive (2 minutes) to the Shino ski lift and not far from New Gudauri where there are shops etc. the Ati Ambavi restaurant is rated the best in Gudauri and is exceptional, you don’t even need to go eat elsewhere! Is relatively cheap compared to prices in Gudauri. But compared to Tbilisi it's pricy. This hotel has a pretty good price/value combination. Rooms are very comfortable and warm. Hotel has multiple floors. And on each floor there is a hall where you can talk with other visitors, watch movies, etc. They are very comfortable and look good.
