Amazing breakfast. Absolutely worth it. Good location, the staff was so great! Every single employee there is so nice and helpful beyond expectation. Great view, gorgeous balcony. BEST COFFEE EVER. Also compliments to the chef who makes the cold salads, delicious every morning. Hotel looked even better than the pictures, which is rare.

the view from our room is spectacular! it is walking distance in every corner. we were hesitant at first when we arrived, but once we found our way, we felt relieved and walked around places. the staff, especially Ika, are helpful and always ready for a hand. the staff are accommodating.

Ika is so helpful the whole time that we stayed and he has been supportive and helpful as well. Though the other staff around are not English speakers, Hotel Kopala provides a comfortable environment for the guests. breakfast is ok for me since I am not a breakfast person, but somehow, the variety of food on a daily basis is the same except that 2 dishes are served every other day. but having a nice view while you sip your coffee makes a difference.

Fabulous location, friendly staff (special recognition to Ika that was managing the desk, he gave a brief introduction on the hotel which added colors to its history), comfortable breakfast offerings, the restaurant boasts a beautiful view as the hotel sits at the top of the cliff. You are able to walk to many places and explore Tbilisi. Another bonus is that the hotel runs the The Ethnographic House by Porakishvili next to their Annex so make some time to stop by to see how aristocratic Georgians used to live. Would recommend if possible to book in their first building and pay a little extra for the city view.

This hotel has a perfect location at Europe Square in Tbilisi. The another best thing is that all staffs are so kind and whenever we requested some thing, they immediately took a action. It was really fantastic staying. Definitely I will be here in my all next trips to Tbilisi.
