Location is great, close the freedom square and some supermarkets around. But it’s in the uphill, everyday go up and down the hill a bit challenging for me.

Nugzar and I Geno , in 2013 became one of the very firsts Host partners in own home town Tbilisi and since then enjoying hosting of thousands of our guests and as the rating suggests absolute majority of the guests absolutely loved staying in our lovely apartments. Back in 2013 we started hosting job with having 3 Apartments to offer in the old town center so that s where the name “ Old Tbilisi Trio Apartments “ ( OTTA) comes from . Now we have more apartments to offer, from standard to high and Premium class grades so everyone of you can find a perfect shelter With us , so come as gusts , leave as friends .

Apartment with a garden view. Are located near Avlabari, in Metekhi district. 20/22 Feristsvaleba street. Its only 4 min walk to the Metekhi bridge and a cable car station, Sulphure bathes, Charden street cafe/bar/restaurants/clubs/ Casinos etc... next 3 apartments: 4.Apartment with mountain view 5. Deluxe Apartment. Are Located near Freedom square ( 2 min walk) and near the main avenue of the City - Rustaveli Avenue. Address 13 Shalva Dadiani steet. Freedom square. 6. Studio Apartment - Shalva Dadiani street 12 Address 12 Shalva Dadiani street , Freedom Square. 7. Superior Apartment . Located at 14 Ivane Machabeli streer. Near Freedom square. 8. Duplex Apartment - Vukol Beridze street 6. Located at 6 Vukol Beridze street. Near Rustaveli Avenue , 7 min wall from the Parliament house . Please note that the breakfast service option is available only to the first 3 apartment , located at the address 20/22 Feristsvaleba street, as there is a hotel also in our house who offers breakfast.
