Sina is proud to announce the opening of her second accommodation facility which was opened in december 2017, called Royal German Guest House .It is budget friendly Guest house with 9 double/twin rooms with different ammenities such as aircondition, fan, flatscreen, wifi internet,huge car park, breakfast etc.It is located just 5 min. from Royal German Apartments.
Spintex is a very save and secure neighbourhood. In close proximity we have several small shops and boutiques,hospitals,pharmacy,malls/shopping centre. The beach is just about 15min from our Apartments. Beauty saloons,nail bars,massages and spa's are very easy to locate. Spintex also offers quiet a lot of options when it comes to food.From fast food ,chinese,turkish to indian food, is all available. The night live is also very interesting from various small spots, bars,restaurants to clubs .
