Location and accessibility to the beaches outside Kavala. The city itself is a mess for tourists, but the premises are not bad at all. Carefully, practically and patiently organized and clean premises. Quite neighbourhood where one can easily feel as part of the local community. Right choice for the price.

The apartment is - 80meters from Kalamitsa beach - 50meters from the bus stop(bus n.4)to Kavala city center - 50meters from the bus stop to Irakleitsa beach(20 minutes by bus). - Supermarket is 100meters away and restaurant only 300 meters away. Πλήρως επιπλωμένo, δίπλα στην θάλασσα σε οργανωμένη παραλία (ακτή καλαμίτσας), δίπλα στο μεγαλύτερο κλειστό γυμναστήριο της πόλης, με ελεύθερο χώρο για μπάσκετ, τέννις, ποδόσφαιρο, ποδήλατο και στίβο. Ανετος και ελεύθερος χώρος parking. Απέχει 2 Km από το κέντρο της Καβάλας. Στάση του αστικού στα 50 μέτρα. Σας περιμένουμε!
