Bakers House Upper is located in Loustri on the Greek island of Corfu. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The apartment is walking distance to the beach.Layout The upper house has two bedrooms (both air conditioned), one family bathroom, a sitting room and kitchen. The Baker's house sleeps 4 adults with the option of 2 children sleeping in the lounge on sofa beds. SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
