We really enjoyed our stay in Enigma Suites. The Cave Studio had an amazing view and a fantastic terrace with an open sunset view. The a la cart breakfast was delicious, generous and was beautifully served in our terrace at the time of our convenience. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. We traveled for my wife’s birthday and we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a small cake on the birthday morning. There was also a very good minibar with a Nespresso machine, iron, all the necessary amenities for the bathroom, 1 bottle of complimentary water and the bed was extremely comfy.

They could not do enough from booking restaurants, excursions, and exceptional customer service from ALL staff at Enigma suites. Suite 7 was the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed at, the fabulous outdoor area, the size a design of the room. We are looking forward to returning.

Location fantastic, views were spectacular. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. We booked the Exclusive Jacuzzi Suite which I would doing again given the amount of external privacy you get compared to others.

The hotel is located at the best possible place in Santorini, with stunning views of the Caldera and the sunset. The suites are all brand new, renovated in Bohemian minimal design. The staff was impeccable. Chrysa and Nancy were very helpful and we were impressed by their efforts to assist us. Last but not least, the breakfast was served at our balcony and was of the highest standards. In the near future, we will definitely be returning! Thanks for everything!

I loved everything. From the moment I booked till the moment I sadly had to leave. Obviously the rooms are on an amazing location, very well decorated, modern, and with excellent view. Enigma go above and beyond to make a difference offering a truly personal touch to your stay. Upon arrival you are surprised with a welcome bottle of wine and for a goodbye they will treat you a drink on the house. Amazing breakfast options available included and served on your balcony so you can enjoy it with a great view. All members of staff were amazing. Rooms- we loved our room it was so clean, spacious, bedding was comfortable, the room was decorated really well and not to mention the view was out of this world. Location was spot on. Had all the amnesties that was needed, including Molton Brown products, love! Service- everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A special shout out to Chrisa on reception, she made our whole experience that bit better. We will miss seeing her every morning! Overall good value for money for a caldera facing property.
