All of the staff were fantastic! The breakfast was really good and had many options. The view is very nice and having two pools was useful. The reception had spare books you could use and an umbrella for the beach. The rooms were large and had everything you needed.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They all made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. And Anna's cocktails were delicious! The facilities were beautiful and we loved the lower pool/ views over Chania. Also it was never overcrowded which was just what we were looking for. It's deffinately a secret gem! Our room was also great, it had everything we needed and the TV had Netflix to sign into! The breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday, and super tasty. The food at the bar/ restaurant was also nice for the days we wanted to stay for lunch and we hope to return in the future. There is also trips available that reception helped us book. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple who's looking for a romantic, peaceful holiday away from the crowds at the port.

The property is situated in a calm and intimate place, far from traffic noise, and offers a great sea and city view. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Frida, Gabriela, Roula, cleaning ladies, all) and the breakfast and food menu are delicious and reasonably priced. What we appreciated most was receiving our desired room which the management approved of, and for that they have our appreciation.

Very quiet surroundings, with private parking perfect for the small rental car I had. Great location to explore and drive around the island. The view from the room was really awesome with the sea view and the city from distance. The staff was really helpful and provided assitance with all requests we had.
