Perfect place to stay in Chania We really enjoyed our time in Kastelli Suites, host was very welcoming and helpful. He suggested great places and activites to visit and how to get there, also did recommend few very nice restaurants with locale food and answered all questions we had. The apartment was great and was cleaned every day. It had everything we needed and we would recommend it with no hesitation

The property was ideal situated and very well equipped. The location was in a very quiet area and easily located. Out host was amazing. Always at hand and most helpful. On out last day he allowed us to remain in the apartment until evening as we had a late flight.

Wonderful apartment, super clean, very central, in a lovely quiet courtyard and lots of little places to get a morning coffee nearby. There is parking very close by. Owner Alex is very friendly and helpful and has lots of great tips about the best things to do in the area. They also kindly left us drinks in the fridge for when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this apartment

Incredibly friendly and warm service from Mr Alexis. All requests handled with pleasure. Honestly you won’t find a nicer host in the true spirit of Greek Filoxenia (google the term!). Location close to old port, LOTS of restaurants and tavernas nearby!

The house was very nice and spacious, set on it's own little courtyard with the other properties. It was a 2 minute or so to the old harbour and very convenient. Alex was very helpful in answering our questions about where to go/how to get places and called around for times for buses/taxis whenever we asked. A very nice holiday for our family!

Location was great. We stayed in the 3-bedroom house. Had a shared courtyard setting, about a 5 minute walk from the inside corner of the busy harbor, without all the noise. Shops within a few minutes walk for groceries and snacks. Secure parking (€10 day) for our SUV rental car was right across the street -- that was much appreciated as parking is hard to come by in Chania. Alex kept an eye on it as well. Breakfast was a good deal at €8 each served at a nearby harbor front restaurant -- steps from the water. It was pretty much exactly as in the pix. Air Conditioning worked well. Good water pressure in the showers. Our 3-floor rental cleaned daily for our family of 5. Welcome wine, water and fresh fruit in the fridge. Washing machine with line dry (everything dried very fast). Host was exceptional. We very much enjoyed talking with Alex and regret not having more time just to sit and visit with him.

This place must be the best place to stay in Chania. The location is excellent with everything you could possibly need within walking distance, the house and inner yard make for an amazing spot to read, relax and play with the cats (lots of cats stroll by so cat lovers, you're going to be in heaven) and everything was super clean and comfortable. There were lots of refreshments waiting for us in the fridge and they were sooooo, so welcomed. The highlight, however, is the host. He was more than helpful (restaurant recommendations, offered to help us wash our shoes after the Samaria hike, he made sure we would have a taxi waiting for us at 5:30 am when we left), friendly and a great conversation partner. It was an honor meeting you and your children! We're very thankful for everything and we look forward to meeting again!

Fantastic location, 1 minute walk (each direction) to two different sides of the harbour. Alex is a brilliant host, beers, wine, water in the fridge. He went to the store and bought us mil when we arrived (at 11pm) for our two young children. Answered each of my requests (over booking message system) within 10 mins of asking. Facilitated us in receiving some very important post to reception. Wonderful to deal with. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Air con is excellent and can be left on when you leave the room (we’ve experienced different on our travels around Crete). It really helped that the room was cool enough for two children under 4 when we returned in the evening. View of the White Mountains from our balcony was great. Room is cleaned every day. Wonderful, shared, outdoor area for homemade lunch or dinner.
