Kavala is a great Aegean port town, not too little, not too...
Kavala is a great Aegean port town, not too little, not too big. It offers an amazing value for travelers since it has great bars, cafes and restaurants at a very reasonable price. It has something for everyone, history, culture, shopping, cuisine. There are some luxury places and some cheap (yet very good) places. In the summer also offers easily accessible beaches.

A great city!
A great city! The old town is beautiful and the views of the city are amazing! The center is easily walkable and the shops combine both big chains as well as small local shops, so everyone can find what they are looking for. There are a myriad of options for coffee or food. We had the best fish in Kavala! Lastly, the beaches were by far the best in Northern Greece, with fine sand and crystal clear waters! All in all, it is definitely worth a visit!

A beautiful city with picturesque town planning. An interesting piece of history. Variety of shops, delicious food, fresh seafood. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Every Saturday there is a large market in the city with agricultural products of producers from the region. Parking problems. Not enough parking spaces. There are only three paid parking lots in the central part. One of them is by the port, which is quite far from the city center.TsenkaBulgaria

Thank you for the hospitality! The apartment has anything you can imagine and is located near everything you want: close to the beaches, close to the city center (5-7 minutes by car). The cleanliness is the definition for this apartment, the view from the balcony is great and the host is the most thoughtful I ever seen. 10 of 10!

It's in a relaxed area of Kavala and parking is available nearby, which was very important for us. There's a nice beach nearby. There are supermarkets and a bakery nearby. Self-check-in and check-out were a breeze. The building interior and the apartment have a striking design that stands out and feels special. The view over the port was nice - definitely recommended. Very comfortable bed as well. It's a beautiful place with a surprisingly special ambiance.
