Laura Suites is a multi-unit property located right in the heart of Zakynthos Town. The modern suites combine functionality and plethora of amenities and can guarantee an amazing stay. The building offers 3 suites, two of them are suitable for up to 5 guests (1st and 2nd floor suite), whereas the newly built 3rd floor suite is suitable for 2 guests. All suites are fully equipped and are accessible via stairs or elevator. The 1st and 2nd floor suites offer one closed bedroom and one open plan each and can accommodate up to 5 guests, whereas they measure 80sq. meters. The spacious living room offers a single sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. The two balconies open to a side street view and a front street view respectively, with the sea visible at a small distance. A functional wooden divider that is enhanced with a drop down black-out roller separates the living area from the two single beds, which can also be joined into a king bed if requested. Right next to it there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small hallway that leads to the bathroom with walk in shower to the left and a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and Smart TV. The newly built third floor 55 sq. meters suite is ideal for 2 guests as it offers an open plan space with king bed and smart TV, bathroom with walk in shower and a state of art fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining table with stools and a cozy built sofa right next to it. The impressive huge terrace is the highlight of this suite with ample spaces a shaded pergola with table and chairs as well as sunbeds so that you can enjoy the sunny days. The unobstructed views towards the sea complete the idyllic scenery. *Upon arrival, a delightful welcome plate of delicatessen snacks eagerly awaits the guests, promising a warm and inviting start to their stay. *Guests have the option to indulge in a daily breakfast at an additional cost, conveniently available at a nearby hotel.

Laura Suites are located centrally in the center of Zakynthos Town, thus offering a wide variety of entertainment, dining and shopping options. The nearest beach is about 150 meters away, whereas right next to it there is an open cinema. A few meters away there is a tennis court for those that also seek a little exercise during their stay as well as a gym. About 650 meters away, easily walkable on foot the main square – Dionisios Solomos Square can be found. You can wander around the square and discover a variety of restaurants, cafes, and places to enjoy your drinks, whereas you can also find many shopping options. While here don’t forget to also visit the local museums. Finally enjoy a walk at the main port road, where you can also find many tour agencies where you can book your trips around the island. You don’t need a car whilst staying at Laura Suites however as some of the most beautiful spots and beaches are further away a vehicle hire is advised.
