Philosophy. Mykonos Art Villas is a new hospitality concept in the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos. They combine luxury vacations and modern art. Actually they are luxurious villas containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges. One could say that they are Art Galleries that contain home facilities! Another unique characteristic of the Mykonos Art Villas is that we provide short term introductory in-villa painting courses. Villa overview. Mykonos art villa is a 200m2 luxurious residence containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges. The villa is comprised of 2 living rooms, 5 double bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 6 outdoor sitting areas (3 with pergolas), a BBQ, a little church and a big swimming pool. Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 are located in the main 2-floor house and 1 is autonomous and independent, located around the private pool area. The villa sleeps 10 people in the 5 rooms, but using the 3 sofa-beds of the 2 living rooms, 6 more people could be accommodated.
I am the owner of Mykonos Art Villas, the new hospitality concept in Mykonos. Mykonos Art Villas is a subsidiary of A&K Constructions Company A&K Constructions A&K is a construction company based in Glyfada, Athens Greece. The main specialization of A&K is the construction of buildings, building complexes and houses, as well as the reconstruction and renovation of them. The main sectors of action are the south suburbs of Athens, and Cyclades. The philosophy of the company and its biggest goal is to meet the physical, social, economic, and aesthetic needs of its customers and also ensuring the high quality standards of living in them.
Mykonos Art Villa is located on the west- south west side of the island, therefore overlooking magnificent Aegean Sea sunsets! It is only a few minutes’ drive (4.5 Km) from the cosmopolitan city of Mykonos and 1.5 Km from the beautiful and well sheltered Ornos beach. All the facilities necessary to the visitors such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and cafeterias are easily accessible from the villa in 2-3 minutes. Ornos Beach is a sandy beach, located at the southwest cost of Mykonos, only 3 Km away from Mykonos main town. There is a daily boat service to other Mykonos beaches and also excursions to the island of Delos. Various exciting watersports are also available there.
