- It's right at the beach, I really enjoyed staying here. - I had a terrace where I could watch the sunrise right in front of me, it was a great experience, adding the photo :) - The place was sparkling clean, spacious and very comfortable. - The bed was so comfortable. - The kitchen had all I needed. - Shops are very close, it made my life easier. There are also lots of bars and restaurants about 10 mins away by walking.

Check In: starting at 14:00 p.m. with the option for late check-in even after midnight. Feel free to check yourself in as there are keyboards on the front doors of the hotel and the room. Penthouse by the sea is located in the center of Artemida which is just 6.8 km away from the Eleftherios Venizelos Athens Airport. The apartment is right on beach with an increadible view in front of the sea and on the other side the main street of the town in which you can find all necessaries like supermarket, traditional taverns, banks, pharmacy and many other places for entertainment. Artemida’s sandy beach is the longest one close to the center of Athens with plenty of beach bars that offer free sunbeds where you can enjoy the Greece sun and swim in the beautiful crystal waters. You can also spend your evening by walking at the picturesque harbor of the area which is just 300 meters away , watch the traditional fishing boats and launch by the sound of the sea.

Penthouse-ideal for watersports - is located in a quiet area close to the airport with many shops that will meet all your requirements. The location of all our properties is of prime importance to us and it has been carefully chosen to be all closed to the Athens International Airport-Eleftherios Venizelos and the Rafina Port, less than 10 km. Airstay properties are the best solution for all those travelling on business and being interested in all the above destinations and the ones who wish to have an overnight stay close to the airport because of a transfer flight. Our properties are closed to the exhibition centers METROPOLITAN EXPO, PEANIA M.E.C. Also, you may access the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Athens and the Attica Zoo Park, which are located in the surrounding area of Spata. Artemida is a seaside resort, very closed to the historic center of Athens, which attracts travellers who wish to visit the sights of Athens and enjoy aquatic sports too.
