the house was very comfortable with excellent facilities and garden. Ideal for those wishing to relax with all the comforts of home. It was ideal for me as I could cook for myself and just chill out.
I would need to investigate local transport in order to stay longer e.g. if there are local buses to take me to the sea and beach, also I didnt notice any restaurants or grocery shops from the taxi, so it may be necessary to hire a rental car to get about.
The only one draw back is the neighbours dog who barked continually when I sat in the garden even tho the garden is fenced and private and he could'nt see me. This may be a problem is staying longer.

The beach, the tavernas and many shops in the High Street make it a good area to stay for a few days or an overnight stay as it’s very close to the airport .
The tavernas near the beach are very reasonably priced and the food is good .
There is a fruit and veg market on a Saturday, it’s brilliant , but be careful where you park or you may not be able to move your car until it finishes about 4 pm.

Don’t rely on Betty’s son.
Don’t rely on Betty’s son. He was supposed to make dinner and pick up reservations for us and both times failed. He did pick us up at the bus station in Athens for the cost of 60 Euros.
Uber was cheaper for trips to the beach, bookstore, and the airport.
Location isn’t near town. We could walk to a fabulous bakery and pizza.

The cleanliness, comfort, and fully modern apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay.
I also liked the way our host kept us informed about the apartment and responded promptly to all of our questions.
She also arranged a taxi ride to the airport for us.
We could not possibly have a more accomodating host.

Wow... What a great experience!
Wow... What a great experience! I have stayed at different places in Europe for 15+ years but Vicky"s place just raised the bar to the new level. This is the new definition for a 5/5 star place and a 10/5 host. Close to the airport, contemporary modern decore, quiet, large, and wonderfully peaceful place, and a great host to boot! Vicky is the sweetest host and helpful host I have ever encountered on this platform.
Vikey came to pick us up at the airport and charged with a very reasonable amount. She dropped us off at 5:30 AM in the morning to the airport.
She even gave us a ride to a great restaurant nearby and also picked us up after dinner, at no charge! What a service! That restaurant became our favorite restaurant on our Greek vacation. Vicky's place had everything you need for your stay including some snacks, coffee, cream, water, milk, butter, bread etc.
We wanted to change our reservation from another place to her place one week later but she had no opening!
We would surely stay at her place anytime we go to Athens. You would be lucky to book this place.

I chose Artemida for our final two days in Greece because it was close to the airport. Wow , what a surprise we had, we loved the town and loved the beach. If we would come back to Greece, we would stay in Artemida for a week.
