The studio in the center is a privileged apartment of 30sq.m. It consists of a single room with kitchen and (URL HIDDEN) has one and a half bed, a sofa that becomes a double bed, an armchair that becomes a single bed, a big wardrobe and all the electrical appliances (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, . It has central heating and air conditioning. It is in excellent condition, sunny, with a corner balcony overlooking the central streets of Kavala.The studio in the center is a warm, comfortable, hospitable place with all the modern amenities that has a home so that the guest's stay is pleasant.
Hello, My name is Alexia Babatzikou, I have a real estate office right next to the space I rent. I love reading, walking in nature, fitness and my free time, which I do not spend much time for my family, my friends , drinking coffee or wine in nice parts of our city.
The studio in the center, as its title says, is at a very central point. So, due to its location, the guest has all the shops that may interest him nearby (super market, pharmacies, clothing shops, footwear, cafe, taverns, tourist bus for your gifts ..) Also in 2 minutes is the bus stop for visits to the archaeological sites of Philippi, for the escapes to our blue beaches, 5 minutes from the port of Kavala for the ferries to visit the beautiful Thassos. Just opposite the apartment taxi for any other getaway in any area. Also the airport is 30 km away from our city center.
