We are a 6 generation family working in service delivery. We have always worked in the same space renovating it and bringing in new content. I am now working with my daughter Lucia and son Paul and we are all looking forward to meeting new dear guests from all over the world. We wish you all a family welcome from the Longin family.

Property information

We welcome you in Zadar Old Town. Gina's offer is not only an accommodation, it is a coexistence with society, culture and our way of life. Great location, close to all main attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops, nightlife and beach would suite travellers looking for a central place to stay while discovering Zadar City and the surrounding area. Everything is at your fingertips and steps. A historical center with churches and museums, Roman excavations, a sea organ, a departure point for the Kornati islands, our national parks and all our Mediterranean cities. We offer cozy but comfortable place to stay in family traditional stone made house with a cult 40 year old cafe and breakfast room, queen size bed's, sitting area, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Amenities include: AC, Free WiFi, Flat screen TV, Iron/Ironing board, Hair Dryer, stovetop, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer. All this and more brought us the award - 2nd place of the best renter of the year in the Zadar area.

Everything is in our neighborhood. Zadar is the center of the world, and we are the center of Zadar. We are connected by good roads, an airport, national and international shipping lines. By foot, bike, car or organized excursion you will see the whole of Croatia and all its differences.
