Apartment, 75.5 m2, opened in April 2019 with a beautiful sea view. From the balcony you will see the island of Brac, some of Znjan beaches(1000 meters to the beaches),port of Zenta, surrounding city views and the hill Marjan.The apartment has three rooms with comfortable beds, and two toilets with two showers. One room has a double bed, and the other two are with single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one to two people. Apartment has free wifi and cable TV with lots of programs. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary dishes,refrigerator,microwave, and dishwasher. In one of two toilets there is a washing machine. All machines will have detergent and you will have liquid soap, shower gel and towels. The air-conditioning is in the living room.You will find a social games,mini library with books in foreign languages and books about Split with city plans.Free outdoor parking is located on both sides of the building. City bus stations are also next to the apartment( 10 minutes to the center by bus or car).This is a quiet and pleasant part of town.

Within 80 meters of the apartment there is a supermarket, a cafe and a restaurant. Also close by is the large supermarket Lidl, post office, pharmacy, cafes and Chinese restaurant, and less than 50 meters from Lidl is a small shopping mall Prima 3 with varied offerings: a health food restaurant, pizzeria,DM, Muller, supermarket, banks, exchange office, bakery, restaurant , a bookstore, hairdressers and many cafes. There is less than 1000meters from the apartment to the pebble beaches. From there you can take a coastal walk to the center of town. It will take about 35,40 minutes. The walkway is used by many locals and follows the coastline, passes by the famous Bačvice beach, and next to the ferry port to the center of the town where Diocletian's palace is. If you walk down the street to the city, just go straight from the Lidl market and head to the center. Also about 30 minutes walking. City bus stations are close to the apartment(10 minutes by bus to the city center)
