Old world simple charm at a reasonable price. The proprietor was welcoming and helpful. Room and hotel was clean and cared for. Just a short walk over bridge to the old walled city which is worth walking around. And very close to Split airport. I was actually was just looking for place near airport and was pleasantly surprised to find Trogir had such a long and interesting history.

Set in a renovated mansion from the 17th century, Villa Moretti is located opposite the UNESCO protected Old Town of Trogir. It offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and views of the town and sea. Each room has traditional wood furniture which originally belonged to the Moretti family. There is also a flat-screen satellite TV, a CD player and a minibar, while a seating area, safe and a spacious private bathroom are provided as well. Villa Moretti offers a laundry service and breakfast in the room. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels are provided every day. Guests can enjoy the sun on the terrace or relax on the beach which is 100 metres away. Trogir Old Town can be reached within 500 metres. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found there.
