Absolutely love this place, the owner was waiting for us to meet at late hour and helped with our luggage. The most important- free parking for our car, which is huge plus in Zadar. Very clean, big spacious apartment with comfortable mattress and sleeping coach, which is also a plus. Katina was extremely helpful to explain us all places to visit, restaurants to eat, best beaches in the area. Will advice all our friends and family members to stay there.

Katina is an excellent host, caring for her guests and keeps the apartments in best condition. My apartment was an ideal size for one person or a couple, providing enough storage space in the foyer. The apartment was very clean and I enjoyed my comfortable sleeping room with the doors to the terrace open at night --the area is very secure and quiet. The terrace to my ground floor apartment did not have a view to the ocean, but lovely olive trees and greenery to keep privacy and comfort. All the cushions for the outdoor furniture were totally clean. Internet worked perfectly. There is parking space in front of the building. My favorite breakfast cafe is in 6 minutes walking distance and serves also delicious cakes. Next to it is a very good pizzeria and grill. The closest beaches are a little further away, i would say about 15 min walk, but easy accessible. I will recommend the place to friends.

The apartment was incredible. There was a big terrace with a nice view on the sea and it was pleasant to drink some coffee in the early morning or to have a supper in the evening. All appliances were provided for comfort staying here (we were 7 days). The house was close to the city beach Borik and there was a small grocery store "Studenac" in 10 mins by walk too. The host was very kind, always ready to help. She showed us some routes and interesting places, worth to visit in Zadar. We really enjoyed being at this place and strongly recommend it to ones, who are travelling alone, with friends or family. PS: my personal recommendation is to taste some delicious dishes in "Burgers and more", "Capo Grill Zadar" and "Tramonto Restaurant Zadar". Additionally, to have a walk along the coast and enjoy a sunset at The Sea Organ and The Greeting to the Sun.

Katina was marvellous. Met us as we arrived. Gave us a brief tour of appt and explained where things were in town. Had to contact as couldn’t work kettle, within 5 minutes she had dropped another one off.

The Villa is beautiful and the location is 10 minutes away by foot from the next beach (Borik Beach). With the car it is 10 minutes from the city center. We had the apartment in the middle floor and the terrace with the sea view is the highlight of the room. To have breakfast there with view is great! The facilities were good, with umbrella and a place to hang your wet bathing stuff. The kitchen is also well equipped, as well as the bathroom with more than enough toilet paper and towels!

I loved the stairs to the second bedroom. The sunset view was amazing! Good water pressure. The host was super friendly and kind! The air conditioning was perfect! Amazing space! Bed linen was soft! I had the best sleep ever! Overall i in joyed the apartment very much!
