this was our 4th stay at the Ubud Village Resort & Spa, it’s our home away from home. The grounds and the location are just magic, so close to everything in Ubud, but so beautiful and quiet you don’t hear any noise the staff, from security, cleaning and the restaurant staff, especially Piki were exceptional, made our trip so special (except for the general manager who seem to avoid us our whole trip, speaking to everyone else around us, while ignoring us, many times?!)

I don’t know where to start…this hotel is just unbelievable! Our room was so perfect, very spacious, perfectly decorated with Bali vibes! The breakfast was so delicious with so many options and the staff is the kindest people I have ever known! There were 2 days that they prepared our breakfast to go because of our tour and our departure flight. We ordered room service and The food from restaurant was so delicious. We had the opportunity to be in the spa as well and it’s really a very peaceful experience! Finally the laundry services is very effective and at very good price 🥲 and, it is very well located in Ubud, very easy to go to the center and they also have some shuttle options.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs - especially with our toddler. The menu and food was always outstanding and the grounds were kept so well manicured and attended to with care. The complimentary afternoon tea was such a treat and the onsite yoga was a great way to start the day. The main pool was big enough to do morning laps and the shallow end was perfect for our little one to splash around in. We had our toddler and whilst the room wasn't the safest for a toddler to run around in, it was comfortable and private. The private pool and outdoor space was fantastic for my partner and I to relax when our toddler went to sleep and the air conditioning made the villa our little oasis away from the heat. The option of having an outdoor and indoor shower was handy and the beams in the structure was aesthetically pleasing. We loved our stay here.
