Sea View Apartment is a brand new luxury apartment in a superb setting looking out onto Kenmary Bay and the Caha Mountains. It is a spacious and beautifully designed apartment with wonderful attention to detail. Sea View Apartment is a short stroll down to the nearby Coss Strand where you can savour the enviable seaside location. The apartment is attached to the main house where we live but guests will have full privacy while staying here. There is parking and a separate entrance from the sun terrace into the main living space. Patio doors lead into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. This is a lovely room filled with light and offering wonderful views down the garden to the sea beyond. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is a small dining table to seat four people. The sitting room area has both a three and a two seater couch along with a TV and cosy electric fire. There are two large stylish bedrooms, both have large king beds which can be divided into two single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom - one with a bath and shower and the other with a stand alone shower. Bed linen/towels provided

Patrick and I, your hosts, live on site with our young family and although guests will have full privacy while staying here we are on hand should you need any advice on where to go or what to do locally. As a family, we love nothing more than taking a stroll down to nearby Coss Strand where we can savour the magnificent location.

Sea View Apartment is located in the townland of Templenoe which lies less than a 10 minute drive (5km) from Kenmare town centre. Kenmare is known in Irish as 'Neidin' (the little nest) because the town 'nestles' amongst the surrounding mountains which are such a striking feature of the landscape. The town also benefits from being a coastal town positioned on the estuary of Kenmare Bay. It is an award-winning heritage town, a serene, pretty place, that bustles at an Irish pace. Its reputation for warm and welcoming hospitality is renowned. There is something here for everyone - wonderful food, shops filled with crafts and art, lace and designer wear, boutiques and products from local artisans, activities and places to explore and experience, or why not sit awhile in one of the many cafes, restaurants or bars and enjoy the ambience of this very special place.
