We chose the Lagoona for a few days after arriving in Israel and heading to Jordan. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a marina view room that was good sized and well equipped. The restaurant provided very good, fresh meals with a wide and changing variety available. They provided some nice entertainment and some alcohol is also included. We did go out for a nice walk one evening, but other than that there was no reason to leave the resort.

Hotel amenities are just great. Rooms are very comfortable. If traveling with babies, they provide baby crib and food utensils. Also baby chairs are available at the dining room. The food is amazing, if you are not from Israel you can get a great sense of their culture. For coffee lovers, coffee from the barista is excellent. The kids staff is very friendly. We met a Spanish speaking girl, Bar, who really made a difference for.my daughter. She is amazing!

Everything! Starting with the staff (and sorry if I forgot anyone), May & Alex welcomed us on our arrival with a smile and good will. To be honest I've never had the privilege of reserving an "all-inclusive" hotel, therefore, I didn't actually knew what to expect. But boy oh boy, what fun we had! The location - center of everything (tourist area of course), the room - bigger and better than expected. 3 meals a day, anyone? Fantastic meals! Lots of commodities, the sauna and the pool were my favorite. Beer, beer, beer & beer all day long! The staff, each and everyone of these great hard working men and women starting with receptionists and up to the cleaning team, from the bottom of our hearts - Thank you!!! Special thanks to Nikita the bartender for keeping me and my wife happy with beverages. Most recommended! We're already planning our next vacation in Eilat, most definitely will be there again. The service was exceptional! Each of our requests were handled perfectly and immediately. The staff were super nice and welcoming. I'm a vegetarian and pregnant so the hotel chef made sure I'll have enough protein to eat and made some special dishes for me. The staff took care of everything we need for our kid and always asked if we need something else. It was a lovely stay. Thank you!
