The biggest advantage is the price which is very reasonable and the lovely views from the small balcony. There are 5 bedrooms 2 of them en suite so plenty of space. The contact person was simply great, very accommodating and helpful, and available in a moment's notice, so it was after all, a pleasant family weekend.

Safed has the magic of serenity and spirituality in every corner. It’s in the buildings, nature, narrow streets, local shops, food, and people. It felt like an extension of Jerusalem. Driving in Safed is tough as the streets are narrow and sometimes there are two way roads which are too narrow for two cars. Parking in the city is tough. Wonderful atmosphere, and in the old town, and in the colony of artists, and in the mountains in the vicinity. Safed is great, very easy to get around the Old City.
Safed is great, very easy to get around the Old City. We went to Rashbi in Meron, the horse stables and Techelet of Safed. I went to the Museum Meiri, tried hard to find the Museum of the Bible, with no success. Ate both days at Mendi's, food was good and tasty.

On one hand, full of history, mysticism, spirituality, and surrounded by much natural beauty. On the othe hand, the city doesn't seem to be very tourist oriented. E.g. all businesses closed from Friday noon until Sunday morning. With a bit of homework, Safed is totally worth a couple of days visit.

Our room was big (while old) and at the end of the corridor which allowed to enjoy quiet. We enjoyed very much the ‘Shavuot midnight tour through the old city to learn about the history of Zfat’ organized by the hotel. Nice view from the window, we had windows for 3 directions - West (Miron mountain), south and east. There is plenty of parking next and around the hotel.

It's on the one of the main streets of Safed but you'll not hear any noise from the street. A lot of places to eat nearby.The wiew from the deck is fabulous. Our room was very spacious and sufficiently equipped. Communication with the hostess was fluent and she was attentive and friendly. Just keep in mind there's no elevator and you'll have to desend first and then accent some pretty long stairs.MichaelIsrael

The breakfast is good and abundant and corresponds to the photos. The center of Safed is approximately 3.5 km away, a vehicle is needed to get there. I don't know the public transportation system.
